We at Pizza Permare believe that great pizza means not taking shortcuts. We make our dough and sauce fresh daily- with no-filler King Arthur flour and DOP certified San Marzano tomatoes. We make our other sauces and dressings- including our frankly awesome Bleu Cheese, Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette and Fire Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce. We shred our own cheeses instead of buying pre-shredded, caramelize our onions and pineapple, make our own meatballs, roast our own garlic and chicken in our wood-fired oven and prepare many of our other ingredients in house. We also buy as many of our supplies locally as we can including our apple-wood smoked bacon, sausage, lettuce, beverages and much more.
